Overview
On an everyday basis, i check customers into vehicles through different lines of the business being insurance, corporate and retail. Throughout my development, i have learnt core business management strategies some being debt collection, upselling, articulating customer and where sales and service interlink.
Skills
New skills: problem solving. existing: confidence in customer service and talking to new people.
Responsibilities
My responsibilities varied on my stage of development. This included updating the sales board, keep track of the risk tracker, outlining customer service plans strategically.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support during the first 6 months of my placement year which facilitated the independence i now uphold.
Culture
This varied based on the day. It can be a very stressful environment however some days its not.
Your Impressions
The extent of me enjoying the year was putting everything i learnt into practice. i also enjoyed driving a wide range of vehicles.
