Overview
Worked on the development of a proof-of-concept application. Day-to-day, we were given a lot of freedom over the project, so this helped me to develop my leadership and prioritisation skills.
Skills
I have developed my front-end skills through hands-on experience, as well as learning a lot about general professional workflows
Responsibilities
We were given almost complete creative control over the project, as well as having the responsibility of prioritising our own work.
Support & Guidance
I received plenty of support from everybody working in the team that I was placed in, as well as the managers, and the early careers program (ECP) team. Overall, it was a wholly supportive environment
Culture
Comfortable, relaxing, and supportive.
