Overview
Renting cars to retail, insurance and corporate customers. Providing customer service and selling protection packages to customers. Delivering vehicles to corporate customers. Marketing and visiting local business for growth of the branch. Learning how to run a business by keeping costs low and maximising profits
Skills
Dealing with problems and overcoming challenging situations by thinking on my feet, under lots of pressure. Successfully navigating constant change that will lead to the best outcome. Networking and communication skills with both sales and colleagues to work best as a team.
Responsibilities
You are treated as an integral part of the team, the same as graduates and everyone else in the company. Looking after key aspects of the branch performance helps development and allows you to be a key player in a team
Support & Guidance
Constant training and courses were provided, encouraging getting stuck in to learning every area of the business. learning by practice was key
Culture
Fun, although sometimes under stressful and challenging times. Hard work is required which can be very relentless. But rewarding
