Overview
Given tasks to complete, no indication of time scale. Expected to find the right people to talk to to understand and complete tasks. Based in the office but required to go onto the shop floor.
Skills
Learned how to use various software relating to the work as well as how to collaborate with other colleagues.
Responsibilities
Sort of, everything was checked by a more senior member of staff, but was given tasks that directly impacts production.
Support & Guidance
Guidance was on my terms as I was required to ask for it. People were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Extremely laid back and friendly
