  • To begin with my responsibilities were in line with my knowledge. Attempts were made to increase the responsibilities available for me to take on but ultimately felt underworked.

  • Plenty of support and guidance from a range of perspectives. Worked as a part of a friendly approachable team. Also had multiple points of contact outside of the team.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The unexpected work from home norm meant a longer time to settle in. Without face to face contact daily, networking was more daunting. On site was a positive pleasant environment.
