Skills
Developed Excel Skills, SQL coding, networking
Responsibilities
My project was a real project, not a made up one, so I felt that I had responsibility. I was given tasks to analyse on a deep level, deep diving from a centurion line level to cardmember level, looking at generational and tenure behaviours.
Support & Guidance
I got a lot of support from my manager and my peers. My manager help guided me with the coding, method of analysis in Excel, and networking skills in general, allowing me to develop my professional skills. The HR team also guided us with Senior speaker series' and crash courses earlier on. LinkedIn learning helped answered queries.
Culture
Genuinely, it has been very calm and not toxic. It has been very professional yet casual. I enjoyed the fun banter within peers, but also professionalism from everyone.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed it and would love to come back. There is a healthy working culture and the work you do is fun but impactful. The 10 weeks have gone by super quickly.
