Overview
There were projects set by the team for you to complete and then be assessed on. There were frequent sessions from senior employees detailing how the firm operates. You also sit with a principal in a department and receive regular work from them.
Skills
Yes, the scheme has given me a much deeper insight into law. Furthermore, it has improved my drafting and communication skills.
Business Insight
Very encouraging to be able to speak to people in roles you aspire to get to and then be able to receive insight on how to get into the same position.
Culture
Very friendly, welcoming and hardworking.
