Responsibilities
Not really. More of a learning experience.
Support & Guidance
Excellent support and guidance from my manager, team, and graduate buddy. Poor support, guidance, and general organisation from the team organising the internship
Culture
Good, very helpful, relaxed
Your Impressions
Needed more notice from internship team on when you would be required to be in the office, plus on volunteering days, especially whether such days could be moved around. Would be good if internship team had been better organised. I did not have Zoom on my first day, another intern had a manager who did not know that she had an intern on the first day. Onboarding process took far longer than it should have done. In later years would be good to have everything more prepared for interns so we can hit the ground running.
