Responsibilities
This depends on the team that I have been working for and their confidentiality and technical requirements. So far there is a mixture of both.
Support & Guidance
Guidance is provided on a weekly basis but the output largely depends on your self and your own commitment to seek and arrange support and guidance.
Culture
Great Culture, with friendly people to connect and learn from
Your Impressions
The internship is a great opportunity to work with industry experts, but it largely depends on your own ambition and ability to seek and execute work. This can be a hindrance for early career professionals as they have no prior experience and knowledge of the working environment. A large chunk of time can be wasted getting settled, therefore making seek work harder.
