Overview
My day to day roles do differ on a daily basis. Roughly my typical day requires a lot of driving. I deliver cars to people and pick up cars when people are done with the car. I do pick ups. I also do a lot of sales in regards to what level of protections a customer wants on their car on retails, breakdown, insurance and body shops.
Skills
I have gained lots of sales experience on how to sale to different customers. My confidence as grown and building relationships has become a lot easier for me. I have gotten out of my comfort zone a lot and have gained loads of new skills such as communication skills, organization skills and time management
Responsibilities
The best thing about doing an internship in Enterprise is that they treat you the exact same as management trainees and are not treated like an intern. I do everything everyone else does and am given responsibility in regards to driving very nice cars and doing deals all by myself.
Support & Guidance
I was given lots of support by my mangers and co workers and no question was ever to silly. I was thought a tremendous amount about the business and how to develop my skills even further.
Culture
Everyone was so welcoming when I joined and always helped me out. Even if i mess up they never got angry they just helped me fix the problem and helped me learn from my mistakes.
Your Impressions
I have loved my experience and have learnt so much in the space of 7 months and gained friendships for life.
