Overview
Communication with the team and the support required. Dealing with excel sheets and keeping up to date and managing deliverables. Daily calls with the team to get progress updates.
Skills
Stronger leadership skills and communication skills. Built industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
Could have been given more. At times was without any work and had to seek that out for myself.
Support & Guidance
There were a few support points but slightly inconsistent check ins in general.
Culture
The culture is supportive and nuturing, however very laid back which in my case didn't work out too well. The network of people were very friendly and open to connect.

I enjoyed it at certain points, there were many highlights. Slow at times but grew quite a lot.
