    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Supporting the advisory team with ESG positioning of firms in M&A and IPO deals. Supporting the team by creating internal materials on the trends and regulations in the ESG landscape. On a day to day basis it involves ESG peer analyses, drafting of transition plans for firms, remaining updated on the latest regulations and the creation of marketing and internal materials for the above.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Being a curious person I was able to enjoy the role as it involves a lot of research. I greatly developed my attention to details, since my role required in-depth analyses of ESG reports and other documents, often more than 100-page long. I increased my technical skills on powerpoint and excel as those were the tools I used on a day to day basis. I learnt and increased my ability to summarize long pieces of information in bullet points
