    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Nomura's culture is really good. I felt great and respected during the internship. I received constructive feedback on my work as well as thank you when I did something for them. The team also organized a team lunch outside to give us the opportunity to spend time together outside work. We also went for drinks together, which gave e the opportunity to talk to everyone. • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • First, I really liked my team and the work I was doing. I had very good exposure and had the chance to have real responsibilities, and I felt useful. I think Leverage Finance is very technical and this is something that interest me a lot. My team was really nice. I liked having a buddy because she helped me a lot and spent time with me to allow me to progress and produce good work. Finally, Nomura has great office where I felt good and having other interns to share the experience was extremely nice.
