Yes, I was trusted to find clauses in leases to aid senior surveyors, update databases on the system etc.

Lots of development workshops, and could approach anyone in the business for advice or help with a problem!
Culture
Great culture, everyone was welcoming and approachable no matter their standing in the company. I was excited to enter the building everyday.
