Overview
Assisted in residential development consulting and was introduced to numerous different departments across the company. I was able to network with various different people working across departments.

Responsibilities
Yes, I was assigned to projects myself and given autonomy over the projects whilst being overlooked by my line manager.
Support & Guidance
I was supported throughout the internship. Any questions or issues I had were answered. All the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive.
Culture
Company culture was good. People were incredibly friendly across departments and there was a relatively good push on diversity.
