Overview
Typical day to day work involves morning team meeting and then assignment of Github issues. In my case, my role was in developer experience and therefore I got to develop CLI tools in Go and do some cloud engineering.
Skills
Learnt Golang, worked on cloud engineering which I had never done before. Developed Github Ci pipeline programming skills.
Responsibilities
Almost full responsibility, but never made to feel like I couldn't make mistakes. The team let me work alongside other interns on our own project which was still relevant to what the team as a whole was working on.
Support & Guidance
A lot. Everyone, including my manager's manager's manager was available for a one to one call where we could discuss any topic.
Culture
Amazing, very understanding work culture and the people are very friendly and approachable.
