  • - Understanding of ABPI code and Pfizer SOP's - Regulating Pfizer medical scheme portals - Regulating document approval systems - Working on disease awareness campaigns - Supporting and leading projects: SLR, HCP focused, Patient focused - Part of Colleague resource groups to create events to improve workplace culture, wellbeing and inclusivity. - Good understanding of current treatment landscape in therapy areas

  • Team are very open and willing to help in any way more than happy to put time aside to help and guide you in any areas big or small. Will always direct you to someone else if they are unable to help.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Very good. Great culture with the team actively putting in time and effort to ensure this through team volunteering days- wellness check in's- events within the office to encourage collaboration and meeting new people. CRG's great at making colleagues aware of cultural events and inclusivity. Great friendly atmosphere from the entire company, everyone very open and willing to help you in any way.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed my placement. It was a great first insight into the pharmaceutical industry, and the the support form my manager was great in allowing me to pursue any opportunities for my career development even outside of my department. To be given responsibility and to be a valued member of a team is great.

  • - show that you understand their culture and Pfizer values and how you emulate them - Show that you have an understanding of the job and the NHS healthcare landscape - Show you are a team player but are also able to work independently with your own ambitions and self-driven to conduct your best work
