Overview
My role was the Graduate Foundation Business Administrator. This meant I was responsible for onboarding and assisting graduates that came into Foundation. I was involved in planning and executing inductions as well as organising graduate events, maintaining and analysing spreadsheets and assisting other members of my team.
Skills
I have developed so many skills throughout my placement year. I have upskilled on Microsoft Excel, my technical skills as well as many soft skills including communication, presenting, teamwork and project work.

Yes, the responsibility allows you to really excel and develop.
Support & Guidance
The support and guidance you received during my placement was amazing. I met so many role models and mentors that pushed me out of my comfort zone helping to broaden my network and engage in opportunities.
Culture
The culture is so positive. Everyone is so approachable, even senior leaders that are willing to spend time mentoring and guiding you.
