The Role
Enjoyable from the start. Every day has been different and offered different challeneges.
Very valued. I have become very good friends with all colleagues, and quite a few outside of work. Colleagues have shown me a great deal of respect and were always quick to congraulate me for a job well done.
I was very lucky to have a fantastic manager who has managed my aspirations and placement opportunity extremely well. Always very helpful and quick to resolve any issues.
Generally very busy as I was given the responsibility of helping run two different desks.
I effectively ran my own desk during my placement so managed the whole 360 recruitment process. I have helped with the management of large recruitment campaigns for major international organisations and also ran skills profiling testing for potential candiadtes.
My time management skills will have developed extremely well during my placement and I will take these forward to my studies once I am back at university. Beyond studies, I will really hit the ground running when I am again in employment as I have become more confident and proficient. I have contributed to my office by generating fees and have developed great sales and negotiation skills.
The Company
Everybody gets on really well and going for meals or drinks after work together. Everyone has a good sense of humour and can have a good joke with each other as well as working extremely hard at the same time.
From day one, I had a structured training programme set up which I had to attend. The organistion of this was fantastic and all travel and accomodation requirements were looked after fantastically.
The company sent me on many training programmes, each which were fantastic learning opportunities and fun.

Very appealing, I recieved an offer to come back to the company, which I was more than happy to accept.
The Culture
Students tend to collaborate and organise events and nights out.
Lived locally so no issue. Social life is very cheap around the Bradford/Leeds area.
Leeds is ten minutes away on the train and has one of the best nightlifes in the country.
The company are always having fundraising events for chairty including taking part in local runs, trips abroad, days out and team nights out.
