    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • In the mornings I will update reports, which will then be sent out the the head of Technology, as well as heads of brands. I will be involved in a couple of hours of meeting around lunch time, which are on pipeline for different clients. After lunch, i will spend a few hour, making sure that orders are getting provisioned, and if there are any outstanding orders or invoices, that they get submitted.

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was given different tasks, which I needed to take control off. These included organizing client days, reports, and making sure that pipeline is being reported correctly, which impacted revenue.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I received a huge amount of support during my internship. I have weekly check ins with my foundation manager as well as my task manager, which made sure I was up to date on my work, as well as being mentally and physically well. I also had mentoring sessions, which guided me in business training.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Really Positive. People were always positive and willing to make sure that I was happy and getting on well with my tasks. They were also more than happy to have a conversation, and discuss issue that I may be having.
