Overview
As an IB intern I have had the chance to do marketing and company research, draft presentation and provide support on building xls model. I have interacted with employees of different seniority and had exposure to live deals. I have also had the chance to present my intern project, a pitch for a potential transaction, to the team and senior professionals. The experience was enriched by several presentations surrounding important themes, ESG, diversity in the workplace, etc.

Yes - have been given a lot of exposure and this has allowed me to grow both as a professional and as a person.

A lot of support - everyone was super available to explain things and guide me.
Culture
Really welcoming culture and inspiring atmosphere. Everyone is really nice and calm and try to make you feel comfortable in the work environment .
