Responsibilities
Yes, was tasked to take minutes during Sightings and client meetings, attended in person client meetings, dealt with sensitive data and deals, the research I did was used by higher ups to make their funding decision, I wrote a press article
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of guidance from my line manager and my whole team who was very supportive. Thy included me in projects, had discussions with me around technical questions, showed me around the systems, even took me on site visits with them
Culture
Everyone I interacted with was supportive, patient, and inclusive even if I had less experience than them. I was not treated differently
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my internship more than I thought I would because of the culture, structure of the internship, support from EC and team aswell as learning opportunities up until the last day
