Overview
I work with a large team of software engineers maintaining and updating NatWest's Bank of API portal. This involves creating and updating UI components as well as pushing new updates to the portal.
Skills
I have improved my collaboration skills and have gotten better at picking important insights from data to guide my thinking.
Responsibilities
I was given work that I could complete without too much difficulty.
Support & Guidance
I was given plenty of guidance and could reach out to my team members or peers at any time.
Culture
The culture was quite good. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There is a big emphasis on regularly connecting with colleagues.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed getting to try and learn new things. The work I did was sometimes monotonous or boring but overall I learnt a lot.
