Business Insight
They encouraged you to speak to as many different people as possible with the intern project being created to encourage the necessary conversations.
Culture
My team was quite quiet. Everyone was lovely but getting to know them was quite difficult - emphasized by people working from home. But this isn't a bad thing, generally couldn't say a bad thing about it, just left you wanting a bit more.
Your Impressions
The internship was an interesting experience, at times a lack of work was frustrating as I felt as though I was wasting time. More open communication from line managers and buddies could have led to a better relationship being formed and thus a more enjoyable experience. Again there was nothing wrong with the experience, but rather was slightly underwhelming, leaving you wanting more.
