Overview
Supporting your team in whatever is required, participating in training sessions for both technical and soft-skills. Getting involved all social and development activities held for interns.
Skills
Improved financial modelling, credit analysis, excel and presentation skills. Communication skills with other team members also improved.
Responsibilities
Varied from desk-to-desk, however, on the whole was given some significant tasks related to deals and important operational tasks.
Support & Guidance
Line managers and programme managers were very present and supportive through weekly catch-ups and able to assist in whatever was necessary.
Culture
Very positive and inclusive. Everyone made time to speak to interns and were more than happy to provide training sessions and go on chats.
Your Impressions
Highly enjoyed it. Really positive experience within a finance environment. Made to feel super welcome and valued even over 8 weeks.
