Overview
I was an intern involved in a real client, fast-paced project working alongside a professional team. I undertook various tasks at an associate level, using spreadsheets and slides, and interacted in meetings.
Skills
I developed my communication skills while being involved in a diverse professional team. Moreover, I improved my technical skills while using spreadsheets and slides.
Responsibilities
Yes. I was directly involved in real deliverables and relevant tasks which required a lot of attention to detail.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support. Starting with my team, I was always supported and given work to develop my skill set. Moreover, my buddy introduced me to individuals around the office to learn more about different consulting clusters. Furthermore, my career coach helped me develop internship goals and ensured that they were achieved at the end of the internship.
Culture
It was amazing. Everyone was willing to help and support each other. If someone was not feeling at their best, everyone jumped in to help with workload and put well-being as a priority.

I enjoyed my internship a lot. It was great to experience a consulting project first-hand with such a great team.
