Overview
I joined as a summer intern, got to see client meetings, internal meetings within the team, to see how programme governance works, and the different workstreams within the project. I also worked on creating client deliverable slides, and updating a profitability tracker on excel.
Skills
Yes, I developed my communication skills: giving me more confidence, having worked with senior members of the team. I also developed my technical skills: slides and sheets, by creating complex tasks on excel.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibility beyond the general intern tasks
Support & Guidance
I really received support: there is a good system of support: there are career coaches, buddys, then within my team I was greatly supported, and welcomed.
Culture
The company culture was great, very welcoming, friendly and has all the support you need.

I really enjoyed it, it was a great and friendly atmosphere. I also learnt a lot, and was given responsabilies.
