Overview
everyday is very different which is one of my favourite parts about this job, some days i can be on the line doing various tasks and others i can be sat in my office doing spreadsheets or writeups. Its very flexible and as long as i get my work done i can chose what my day looks like
Skills
The main skill i think ive developed has been my people skills, ive realised that this is the most important skill i can have with my job as most of the time its about getting other people to carry out work for you ad if you have a good relationship with them then they are more likely to do you favours and do them well
Responsibilities
yes, i have been given as much responsibility as realistically possible, the only thing i wouldve liked to do more of was be able to use tools and be a bit more hands on
Support & Guidance
Lots of support, theres been plenty people around me and everyone here is more than willing to help me with anything i need. I couldnt have asked for any better
Culture
Very good, not only in work but outside also. I have found myself spending a lot of time out of work with everyone and have made some good friends
