Interns are not allowed to trade including those on the grad scheme due to FCA regulations. However you are assigned a project to do for each rotation, which is assessed.

Very busy on markets trading floor, however everyone is very friendly and is willing to let you shadow them and learn.

It depends on inviduals tolerance and pretences but I learnt a lot from this and met some very nice people along the way.
