Overview
My role includes being up to date with news on a macro scale and within the markets and relating this to my team. Also, presenting, working on projects, trade ideas, helping with small tasks.

Responsibilities
It is very desk dependent. On my first rotation not much responsibility at all but on my second rotation there was a lot.
Support & Guidance
Quite a lot but only when you ask for it.
Culture
Good, very helpful but around very smart people so you want to do better. Quite positive.
Your Impressions
It was very intense but I did learn a lot and it was great to see how much I could push myself.
Yes
Be ready to work hard but also learn a lot about yourself. Ensure you put your best foot forward and talk about various parts of your personaity/hobbies.
