Overview
Placement team work - Working with the AI & Data Ethics team to work on the strategy for a new initiative in the bank. Come up with a plan on a page, set goals and objectives. Do research on industry standards, bank position, and vision and strategy. Create a presentation deck of the initiative strategy and present it to major stakeholders for approval.

Yes, worked independently on a project that directly related to one of the milestones the team had to deliver this year
Support & Guidance
Plenty of support. Line manager has daily stand-ups checking in and asking for any help. You also have a graduate buddy to answer any questions and host weekly catch-ups. Early careers team has weekly training and events.
