Overview
This is the chance to act as a bridge between our data and stakeholders – developing dashboards that analyse trends, and communicating insights to help to make better data-driven decisions. This is the chance to learn how we’re using data to drive changes to improve our customer experiences. The aim of this eight-week Internship is to give you a taste of what it’s like to work here, along with valuable skills and experiences that you’ll bring into your future career.
Skills
Yes, from this experience I have learnt a new coding language - sql and as well as Tableau.
Responsibilities
Yes, but in a sensible amount, which I appreciated as it allowed me to contribute meaningfully to the team.
Support & Guidance
I received a healthy balance of support and autonomy. I was paired with a ‘buddy’ and a line manager, who’ll support me in gaining valuable experience to help guide my career choices. Also, I was given many internship guidance materials from the early career team.
Culture
Being Inclusive is a very important component in the company culture. Everyone in the company has been very welcoming and supportive. Some amazing connections have been built.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship. It was an amazing experience that allowed me to develop new skills, particularly in SQL and Tableau, which were completely new to me before joining. I appreciated the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues, and receive valuable feedbacks that helped me grow professionally. The supportive environment and the challenges I encountered made the internship both engaging and fulfilling.
Yes
I would suggest that be confident and showcase your relevant skills and experience.
