Support & Guidance
a lot, for real. Anyone in the bank has always been very available to help me in the best possible way, from the HR to all the managers but also all the people I had interactions with even across different teams or divisions
Culture
Being the first experience in the finance industry I was expecting a toxic and overly competitive athmosphere. I was surprised to see that it was actually not the case in this banks specificially. Culture and Support were great!
Your Impressions
I really liked the opportunities i was given throughout this internship. It was very helpful under many perspective. Throughout this stage I got more and more interested in another function inside the bank and I had the possibility to spend some time with them.
