Overview
Role involves ensuring that the control processes established by the bank are effectively and operating with full risk exposure accounted for. Day-to-day role includes working on audits to evaluate a specific key risk control.
Skills
New skills included data management and some coding, alongside a strong focus on presentation skills and explanation of complex products and trades in a concise and approachable manner.
Responsibilities
A suitable amount of responsibility was given for the internship, including working on active deliverables and actively interviewing auditees.

Strong support from line manager and Mentor.
Culture
Extremely good culture, all parts of the business are approachable.
