Overview
Involved heavily in prospecting, where i had to find potential clients and research them. Sat in on client meetings, colleague calls and most importantly built my network by meeting as many people as i could
Skills
Developed my networking skills greatly
Responsibilities
As Wealth Management is a very sensitive industry with regulations and clearance being important there were many things i couldn't be involved in. However i was still given much responsibility from colleagues
Support & Guidance
A lot of help and support. Everyone i spoke to was willing to help and give up time. The programme was incredibly well structured.
Culture
Swiss culture is the best culture. Great work life balance and focused more on the work done than only hours spent in the office like other firms
Your Impressions
Thought the internship was very beneficial as i gained an insight i wouldn't have otherwise gained. Enjoyed it a lot and would highly recommend
Yes
Know why you want to apply to UBS and the division, and know it incredibly well
