Overview
Interned as a Data Analyst. Main work is coding in python (usually Pandas or Pyspark) to either produce ML models or for data analysis.
Skills
Developed coding skills, learned NLP implementations, developed presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Might be an outlier but quite a lot. Got to work on my own project, which the team would then continue to work on to then send to production.
Support & Guidance
I didn't want to bother the team too much, but within UBS if you look for support you can find it easily. There are mentoring programs that can also help you develop technical skills.
Culture
Company culture is incredibly good, everybody is very open and willing to talk to you.
Your Impressions

Yes
Machine Learning is being pushed a lot here, so it might be worth it to learn some concepts.
