Overview
Rotate across various desks in one of the divisional segments. Assist with day-to-day tasks and develop a strategy pitch to increase divisional revenue.
Skills
Both - developed technical skills through workshops and trainings and build upon soft skills including presentation.
Responsibilities
Yes you are given an appropriate level of responsibility and given a high amount of exposure to the business, allowing the formation of an in-depth and well-rounded understanding of the business.
Support & Guidance
I was supported by both the campus recruiting team and the business managers in my division. I had weekly meetings with my managers and was also allocated a buddy and mentor.
