    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Summer intern in internal audit. In which I have ompleted 3x 3-week rotations on different teams to allow for a diverse range of knowledge & skills. I work alongside my team members to conduct audit testing, have meeting with stakeholders and complete various tasks on different audits.

  • Developed my existing skills such interpersonal, intercultural, communication, professionalism, self-development and time-management. Developed new skills such as data reading, analysing data to determine a decision, interacting with senior stakeholders and professionalism.

  • Yes I was. I was assigned tasks sometimes with low guidance that I had to complete using my skills and judgement.

  • Think carefully about your answers during the assessment centre and remember that most times interviewers, particularly during assessment centre tasks, are more interested in how you handle questions/interact than you actual answer.
