My managers are constantly looking out for my development and well being. They are always available to help me when needed even when busy.
I am very busy on daily basis. Communicating with customers, determining problems and completing reports and oter documents.
I have been given more and moe reponsibility as I've grown and learnt the role better. This was very daunting in the early daysbut now it is reall rewarding.
My skills have developed considerably in many areas since working in my placemnt. This will allow me tobe a greater asset to the company and enhance my resime if I look for new opportunities.

The Culture
I and my fellows aprentices have developed a ver strong bond and have many close friendshis since our induction course.
Cost is irrelavant in my opinion. Internally the canteen is very cost effective and this helps slightly with day to day costs.
The nightlife in Portsmouth is great. Plenty of bars, pubs and clubs to have a good time in.
There is the IBM clubs which provides activities however I haven't looked into it as of yet.
