I developed soft skills greatly. I am more confident in hosting and leading a meeting with people that is more senior than me. I learnt how to manage my time especially in scheduling meeting. I have gained an insight of the industry as the company treated me just like other employer. I have polished my presenting skill as I need to present a lot throughout my internship. In addition, I also enhanced my organization skill as I was given full control in my project, which I have to manage my project in an organized way. I also developed my technical skill especially in manufacturing field. I have learnt the things to be considered while listing specification for the equipment. Besides, I also get to know what different parameters to be decided in the new process trial. I enhanced my analytical skill and work with the data obtained to draw conclusion to the new process.
