Overview
My role involves working with a large team, helping them plan out communications and engagements. I work with several external and internal stakeholders on a specific project.

Yes. Was given responsibility and managers always checked in with my workload in case it was too much or too little.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support from the early careers team and also internal team. Very satisfied
Culture
Great culture, very inclusive and everyone seems to go above and beyond their duties to be kind. Real emphasis on supporting those living with cancer. Lots of opportunity to get involved and several great employee resource networks, including not so common ones such as carers, neurodiversity and age positive.
