Skills
I have been able to develop my existing accounting skills and have learnt several new technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint skills which I used to forecast and report on costs and present these targets to senior members of the bank.
Responsibilities
I was given significant responsibility as I was directly involved in creating slides and populating them with relevant information through research as well as by extracting cost numbers from Excel packs that I was also involved in to calculate the costs for various departments.
Support & Guidance
I received significant support from my team and mentors, as well as my fellow interns. I was always taught various process in great detail in an example-driven approach.
