Overview
Lots of Excel, modelling and figuring out if a potential client is good or not for the bank from a lending perspective. We make credit memos and company models, especially.
Skills
Managed to develop my current ones and discovered new ones, especially regarding office life and how to fit in with the team.
Responsibilities
Yes. Lots to do and got a taste of a very wide range of what the team does on a day-to-day basis.
Support & Guidance
A lot. The team was always available to help whenever I needed and down to answer any question I had.
Culture
Very good. Everyone is very supportive and wants to spend time deepening connections - the whole team gets along very well with each other which is very important.
