Overview
In a team of 10, most of colleagues are in India, helping to push forward a product in Finance by creating different projects. Meeting up for sprints and coding most of the time. Good hours and really social culture.
Skills
Lots of Java and learning different testing tools. Learning how to be in a professional team of the best coders and leaders definitely boosts how much you take in during your time. Also, learning more financial parts of tech and looking forward of what we will be doing in the future.
Responsibilities
Yes, given around 2 projects to do that will actually contribute to the team overall. You are mainly left to deal with yourself - which I prefer.
Support & Guidance
Alot of support and guidance. You can ask anyone for help and they will always give you the best case scenario.
Culture
Really surprising company culture - very social and relaxed. No one breathing down your neck or pressure. They want to train you and learn what the company is about.
Your Impressions
I enjoy it quite abit. Combination of a social culture + the drive to do better helps alot.
Yes
Just be you and don't force it. You'll get in if you are good enough
