Overview
During My Internship, I collaborated with various teams across the organization to implement their strategic initiatives. My daily responsibilities include conducting interviews with industry professionals, developing innovative products, refining these products based on feedback, and ensuring a seamless transition to subsequent projects. I would also have to regularly present the products I made. To achieve these objectives, I used tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Python.
Skills
I have acquired a variety of skills, particularly in data visualization and Excel. Additionally, I have developed my personal skills, including communication, organization, and confidence
Responsibilities
During my internship, I was entrusted with numerous important tasks that had significant value. This experience helped me build my confidence and allowed me to develop a range of professional and personal skills
Support & Guidance
I received support and guidance from my team and the early career team at various points throughout my internship.
Culture
The company culture is excellent; you can speak to anyone in the organization, regardless of their seniority, and they are always willing to assist. There is a great deal of freedom and trust within the team, and you are not micro-managed, which is highly beneficial.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship here. I have learned far more than I anticipated before starting. My skills have been challenged, which has been immensely beneficial, and the overall culture made it easy to fit in and grow both personally and professionally. Throughout my internship, I had easy access to nearly the entire organization, making it extremely easy to learn and grow from the experienced professionals within the company.
