Gradually receiving more important tasks. Well-designed workload from my LM and team. No "useless" or "for-shown" work involved, so very engaged.

A lot! Weekly coaching and reflection sessions were held consistently throughout the whole internship.

Inclusive Sometimes, the internal communication can be a little bit more productive. However, in terms of the internship experience: all good.

I enjoyed my work with my team a lot, mainly because everyone has unique talents and I joined in a meaningful time.
Yes
Be openminded. It is a big bank offering full services, so make use of that. As for preparation, focus on the well-defined guidelines NatWest provided.
