Overview
I rotated in EUR IRS Trading and rates structuring. Day-to-day activities include working on projects for different teams, network with employees and other interns, and explore opportunities.

Responsibilities
Yes, the teams tend to give interns a lot of time to explore and think on their own. Projects are outlined, but expanding on them is encouraged.
Support & Guidance
The internship starts out with a training week to make sure everyone has the minimum level of understanding. However, to be successful, you definitely have to learn more beforehand. During the internship, HR regularly checks in and every intern gets a mentor assigned.
Culture
Very energetic trading floor. General interest in the work of others, open, cooperative, helpful.

I very much enjoyed the internship! Great exposure to teams across the trading floor, open culture, and very good opportunities to develop hard and social skills.
