Overview
I did two rotations on trading desks, it involved learning a lot about markets and coding different tools for the traders so that can make more informed decisions
Skills
Yes, I learned a lot about markets and about the technical aspects of it. I learned a lot about macroeconomics as well. I improved my presenting and pressure handling skills as well.
Responsibilities
Yes and no, I was given a lot of autonomy but not really responsability, but it really depends on the desk that we have to intern on.
Support & Guidance
I received some support and guidance but it would have been better if I had more
Culture
The company culture is very nice cause you can talk to everyone even very senior employees. However the work environment can be stressful there.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it, it was a great time and I learned so much.
Yes
Be prepared to work hard and do not forget to network as much as possible.
