Overview
- conducted valuation for buy-sides deals - build pitch books including building company profiles, strip profiles on add-ons, share price analysis and financials metrics such as (ev/ ntm ebitda, ntm p/e) - update trading comps files and precedent transactions files

Responsibilities
yes, I was able to be on clients calls with seniors and then circulate notes to other seniors involved. Also was able to work directly with seniors on value-added pieces of work. Was involved in a live transaction and conducted exit opportunities researches

i really enjoyed my summer, that was a great learning experience and i enjoyed working in a fast-paced environement with a high learning curve and great exposure to multiple tasks
