All the work I was given was meaningful and had real world impacts. You are given genuine responsibility and such not treated like an "intern".
Support & Guidance
There is a lot of support as you can feedback to your managers and fellow interns. Also, they have a placement buddy scheme who is an employee that may not be in your team. Your "buddy" is there for support outside of work and navigating the city that you may have just moved to.
